We are looking for enthusiastic, player-focused coaches to join our Girls District Football Programme across a range of age groups. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a structured player development environment supporting talented young female footballers within the district pathway. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment where players are challenged, supported, and able to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions.
  • Support player development across technical, tactical, physical, and personal areas.
  • Assist with matchday preparation, coaching, and in-game support.
  • Provide constructive feedback to players and support communication with parents when required.
  • Attend matches, festivals, and district events.
  • Work collaboratively with coaching staff and District programme lead.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and development-focused environment.
