About the role

  • Lead a major works programme on one of our estates in central London.
  • Champion a resident centered approach.
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders.
  • Procure and lead a professional team and contractor to deliver the works and programme on time and on budget.
  • Ensure health and safety is at the forefront of all we do.

About you

  • Substantial project management experience on housing and resident centered projects.
  • Track record of delivering with residents in situ.
  • Ability to lead and promote the project with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about culture, collaboration and developing people.
