About the role
- Lead a major works programme on one of our estates in central London.
- Champion a resident centered approach.
- Manage external and internal stakeholders.
- Procure and lead a professional team and contractor to deliver the works and programme on time and on budget.
- Ensure health and safety is at the forefront of all we do.

- Substantial project management experience on housing and resident centered projects.
- Track record of delivering with residents in situ.
- Ability to lead and promote the project with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about culture, collaboration and developing people.
