Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) is seeking an experienced project lead to head a major works programme on one of our central London estates.
You will champion a resident-centred approach, coordinating with residents and stakeholders to shape delivery and outcomes.
You will manage external and internal stakeholders, procure vendors and contractor teams, and ensure the works are delivered on time and within budget while keeping health and safety at the forefront.
