Requirements
ISHA is looking for a qualified building surveyor who has exceptional communication skills, can multi-task, and has excellent people skills. Please read the recruitment pack to find out more about the role.
You will facilitate the delivery of excellent repairs, voids, and planned works. You will ensure that customer focus is at the heart of what you do and ensure that we achieve value for money.
You will ensure key performance indicator targets are attained and that your work is driven and underpinned by ISHA’s values. You will need to be committed to building strong relationships and providing an effective, high-quality service that adds value and supports the delivery of organisational strategies.
