Responsibilities include supporting student welfare and pastoral care across the school, communicating with students, parents, and external agencies, supervising student behaviour, and managing administrative tasks to ensure high standards of support are maintained.
Qualifications include relevant successful experience in a school setting or related environment, potential for further development and a willingness to learn, ability to build excellent working relationships with staff, students, and parents, a range of skills appropriate to the post including organisation, accuracy, and adaptability, as well as excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
