Isleworth Golf & Country Club is currently seeking quality, energetic and professional personalities to join the team of the 24th ranked Platinum & Distinguished Club of the World. This is a salaried position for an Experienced Sous Chef who will offer our members and guests the very best quality in food preparation and plating in an array of dining outlets. We are committed to exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and an elevated guest experience. Our scratch kitchen focuses on high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and consistent execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory, ordering and cost control
- Manage kitchen workflow during service
- Coordinate with FOH staff for smooth service

Requirements
- Must have 5 years experience in a high end restaurant, club or bistro preferably in a leadership role
- Must have experience with high volume.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree - (a plus but not required)
