Isleworth Golf & Country Club is currently seeking quality, energetic and professional personalities to join the team of the 22nd ranked Platinum & Distinguished Club of the World.
This position is for an experienced cook who will offer our members and guests the very best quality in food preparation and plating in an array of dining outlets. We are committed to exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and an elevated guest experience. Our kitchen focuses on high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and consistent execution.
- Follows recipes, plating guidelines, and chef instructions accurately
- Assists with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times in all designated areas
- Works collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
- Able to handle high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining quality
- Properly stores, labels, and rotates ingredients
- Contributes to a positive, professional kitchen culture

Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years experience in a high end restaurant as a grill cook
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
