DISHWASHER-FT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes.
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Maintains clean wash water at all times.
- Stocks and uses all cleaning supplies as needed and intended.
- Maintains clean and dry floors, including mat floors at all times.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shifts and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end
- Ensures that the rinse temperature of the dish machine is 1800F and the wash temperature is 1400F.
- Performs any and all other duties assigned
Requirements
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up 35 lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier.
- Must be able to maintain good relations with employees and supervisors.
