Job Summary
Administrative Support (Secondment) – 12‑month fixed term covering maternity leave within the DAANA (Devon Adult Autism and ADHD Service). Based at Forde House in Exeter, ideal for an organised and proactive administrator ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the DAANA team.
- Handle data entry, record‑keeping and document preparation.
- Manage correspondence, diaries and organise meetings.
- Coordinate service delivery and liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other IT systems.
- Business Administration Level 3 / T Level or equivalent experience.
- GCSE English or equivalent.
- Experience dealing with confidential and complex information.
- Desirable: ICDL or equivalent and knowledge of electronic filing systems.
Contract Details
- Contract type: Fixed‑term secondment until 16 November 2026.
- Working pattern: Part‑time, 22.5 hours per week, flexible arrangements to be discussed.
- Location: Forde House, Exeter (Harrier Way, Sowton Industrial Estate).
- Salary: £24,937 – £26,598 a year pro‑rata.
