The predicted salary is between 27485 - 30162 £ per year.
To provide comprehensive administration support to a team across the full range of commissioned services: Secure Care, CAMHS Tier 4, Perinatal and Adult Eating Disorders. The post holder is expected to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational and secretarial skills. Tasks will include:
- Meeting organisation
- Comprehensive minute taking
- Responsibility for keeping key regional and national databases updated
- Use of and updating regional bed management systems
- Checking that the day-to-day data is correct and up-to-date
The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology. They will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. The post holder may be expected to line manage others and will be expected to work without direct supervision and manage their own workload.

Qualifications:
- RSA 3 Word Processing (or equivalent standard)
- Shorthand or speedwriting
- Secretarial qualification or substantial experience
Experience:
