Main duties of the job:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised care for individuals in an acute setting
- Act as a Named Nurse, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and external partners to meet holistic needs
- Participate in our internal rotation system, including nights and weekends
- Be a proactive and integral member of the ward's multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate compassionate leadership, supporting students and unregistered staff
- Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge, making safe and confident clinical decisions to ensure excellent standards of care across the ward

Job responsibilities:
- To have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To be proficient in the use of electronic systems.
- To maintain professional working relationships with other members of the Multi-disciplinary Team.
