We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, strategic and highly analytical Senior Product Manager to join our Global Travel Retail (GTR) team.

This role will own the GTR product and category agenda, translating global product priorities into clear, commercially grounded strategies that accelerate sell-in and sell-out across retailers, regions and channels.,

  • Own and evolve the GTR product and category strategy, annual roadmap and priorities across Core, NPD and travel-exclusive ranges, aligned to global brand direction and GTR commercial objectives.
  • Lead monthly product and category performance reviews, integrating sell-in, sell-out, stock, distribution and forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities and agree clear actions and owners.
  • Lead the monthly competitor and market review across product, activations and TREX, translating trends into recommendations for GTR strategy, ranging and launch plans.
  • Own the GTR product marketing calendar, ensuring critical dates, OCD, product information, launch phasing and decisions are accurate and understood across teams.
  • Lead NPD forecasting and demand planning, using market, product, seasonality and distribution insights; challenge inputs, build scenarios and recommend rephasing where required.
  • Own retailer allocations and launch phasing for NPD, tracking performance monthly and driving reallocation or corrective action to maximise availability and sell-out.
  • Lead the end-to-end in-and-out strategy for launches, discontinuations and range transitions, balancing stock risk, retailer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Own assortment architecture and productivity by retailer, channel and market, using SKU and category performance to recommend new listings, delistings, range rationalisation and growth opportunities.

Partner with Commercial and VM to optimise category space, ensuring VM space reflects productivity, strategic priorities and the desired customer journey.

  • Lead the product agenda in retailer strategy meetings, bringing compelling category insights, assortment proposals and NPD recommendations; clearly articulate the product point of view and secure alignment on next steps.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Commercial to shape retailer and channel plans that bring the product strategy to life and deliver the agreed category ambition.
  • Lead the development of travel-exclusive sets, owning the range proposal, commercial rationale, volume forecast, launch timing, retailer allocation and post-launch review.
  • Act as the GTR product and category expert, partnering with Global Marketing and Education to translate product insights, claims and performance learnings into market-relevant plans.
  • Lead the development and delivery of product strategy presentations and business cases for internal leadership and retailer meetings.
  • Own TOA and sampling forecasts and plans across launches and Core priorities, aligning quantities, timings and retailer allocations with campaign objectives, budgets and performance insights.
  • Who you will work with
  • You will report into the Head of Marketing, Global Travel Retail and manage one Product Marketing Executive.
  • You will work closely with GTR Marketing, Commercial, VM, Education, Demand Planning, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  • You will represent the GTR product perspective with retailer category and buying teams, providing clear direction and decision-making across cross-functional workstreams.

You have a proven track record in product or category management, with ownership of strategy, range decisions and commercial outcomes; experience in Beauty, Retail or Travel Retail would be a strong advantage.

You have strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability and the confidence to turn complex sales, stock and forecast data into clear recommendations.

You have significant experience leading forecasts, demand plans, retailer allocations and launch phasing, and can constructively challenge assumptions and drive decisions.

You understand assortment architecture and productivity and have experience translating performance insights into ranging and VM space recommendations.

You are confident leading product discussions in retailer strategy meetings.

You are an excellent communicator and collaborative leader, able to align cross-functional teams and turn product and category insights into compelling presentations and actions.

You are highly organised, resilient and results-focused, with the ability to prioritise multiple launches, deadlines and workstreams accurately in a fast-paced environment.
