Isles of Scilly Travel is seeking an applicant to join us as a passenger services assistant. You’ll be working as part of a small and busy team on Penzance Quay.
Duties include:
- Checking-in passengers prior to boarding the Scillonian III
- Dealing with general customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer service levels are met and maintained
- Processing, updating, creating and maintaining computer and manual records
- Providing assistance to passengers when required
You should have:
- A good general education
- Excellent communication, customer service and computer skills
- A positive attitude and flexibility towards working hours
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Hours: Average 20 hours per week. The role will require weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. This seasonal position will end October/November 2026.
