Are you hands-on, reliable, and energised by working in a busy, team-focused environment? We’re looking for a Despatch Operative to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring our finished goods leave site on time, accurately, and safely. At Isle of Wight Tomatoes, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values positive energy, adaptability, and a can-do attitude; every day is different, and your work makes a real impact on our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Safely and efficiently loading outbound customer orders
- Managing a variable workflow to support the despatch plan
- Ensuring orders are picked accurately using the correct documentation
- Supporting stock control and general warehousing duties
- Carrying out local driving duties when required
- Maintaining excellent standards of safety, hygiene, and organisation
What we’re looking for:
- A full clean, UK driving licence
- A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
- A flexible approach to working hours, recognising the role varies with our seasonal production cycles
- Someone physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks

Working Hours:
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with seasonal flexibility.
Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays during the main season. Daily hours align with business operations. Main season (April–September): 11:00am – 7:30-8.00pm. Out of season: standard office-style hours apply.
