The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Contract £13-£14 per hour (dependant on experience) + commission and bonus, permanent.

Terms: All daytime shifts, up to 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Location: Isle of Wight Pearl, Brighstone.

Overview: Isle of Wight Pearl is a multi-award-winning, family business where, for 38 years, we’ve helped locals and visitors celebrate special moments with pearl jewellery and beautiful food.

About the role:

  • Delivering the very best customer service to our customers on a daily basis.
  • Working closely with the kitchen to ensure service is delivered efficiently.
  • Lead the front of house team.
  • Supporting the Head Chef with administration such as buying, health and safety and front of house stock management.

About you:

  • A Front of House professional.
  • You will be passionate for excellent customer service with a confident out-going personality.
  • Keen to learn and take on relevant food hygiene, barista and service training.
  • Conscientious and reliable to take responsibility when necessary.
