About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on and highly organised individual to play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of a recently refurbished boutique serviced office, as part of a growing and entrepreneurial property business. This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, naturally takes ownership, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well‑managed environment. You’ll be the go‑to person on site — meeting tenants and visitors, coordinating daily operations, supporting events, and ensuring the building is always presented at its best. You’ll also play a key role in showing available office spaces and helping to create a positive experience for prospective tenants. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility, using their initiative, and being trusted to get things done. As the business grows, there is real opportunity for this role to develop further over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for tenants and visitors
- Keep the workspace running smoothly and looking its best, spotting issues and taking action
- Conduct viewings of available office and rental spaces and respond to enquiries
- Organise and support events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
- Coordinate with cleaners, service providers, and contractors
- Manage keys and site access across multiple properties
- Handle day-to-day admin including post, meter readings, scheduling, and general coordination
- Take ownership of the workspace and resolve issues as they arise
About You
We’re not focused on formal qualifications, we’re looking for the right person. You’ll be someone who:
- Has a real “can‑do” attitude and uses initiative to get things done
- Is naturally organised and able to keep on top of multiple tasks
- Has a friendly, approachable personality and enjoys working with people
- Is confident working independently and taking responsibility
- Is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in when needed
- Takes pride in creating a space that is clean, welcoming, and well run
Experience in property, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles would be helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.
Why Apply?
- A varied, hands‑on role
- The opportunity to be part of a growing business and play a visible role in its development
- A people‑focused position with a mix of organisation, events, and practical tasks
- Real potential for the role to expand and evolve over time
