PC Consultants is looking for an IT Technician at their offices in Ryde.
What you’ll be doing:
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Account Management: Create and manage user accounts and access permissions in directories such as Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
- Hardware Maintenance: Repair or replace damaged components, manage IT equipment inventory, and set up workstations for new hires.
- Network & Security Support: Ensure compliance with data privacy principles, update antivirus and firewall software, and assist with network monitoring.
