We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to represent Wight Fibre on a full term permanent contract.
As a Field Sales executive you will be advising prospective clients of their range of products, through door-to-door sales.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy speaking and meeting with the public.
We are looking for people who have previous direct sales experience and can demonstrate previous and proven success in this field.
On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 with a highly realistic OTE of £50k per annum and working hours are 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Saturday generally between 11:00 and 20:00 and a day off in the week.
Main duties
- Door-to-door selling across all areas of the Isle of Wight
- Day to day engagement with potential customers, whether with a successful sale or not.
- Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
- Updating the customer and leads database.
- Setting customer expectations for each stage of the onboarding process.
- Reporting back all sales and leads to the Sales team.
We are looking for people who have:
- Experience in sales
- Strong verbal communication skills, self-motivation, drive, and the ability to engage easily with a diverse range of people.
- The ability to prioritise work and manage your time effectively.
- The ability to understand your brand and be an excellent ambassador.
- Ambition and drive
- A high level of confidence
- Good knowledge of the Isle of Wight
