We have multiple sites across the Island; therefore, this role would benefit someone who can drive and has their own vehicle.
The position is on a rota basis with shifts covering days, evenings, and weekends as we are a 24/7 service. As part of our team, you will deliver the highest standards of support to our residents and we will reward your commitment to excellence with a competitive salary starting at £12.25 ph. rising to £12.75 after 3 months’ probation. You will receive all the training and support required for career advancement with regular supervision and mentoring, fast-tracking your pathway to success.
