The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead fundraising, marketing and communications activity to grow sustainable income and supporter engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and deliver an integrated strategy, lead campaigns, oversee supporter communications and digital marketing, and identify new fundraising opportunities while delivering exceptional donor experiences.
