We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to coordinate our Undergraduate Scheme, providing high-quality support and supervision to undergraduates during their two-year journey.
This role involves responding to and liaising with undergraduates and other professionals to support and recruit new and existing undergraduates for placements.
Requirements include:
- Proficiency in IT skills, especially Microsoft 365
- Flexibility in your approach
- English GCSE Level C or above
- NVQ Level 2 in care or similar qualification
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and sensitivities
- Emotional resilience to support others
- Understanding of adult safeguarding duties or willingness to undertake mandatory training
- Accurate record-keeping skills
This newly created role aims to support, encourage, monitor, and mentor undergraduates as they integrate into various locations within the care industry.
Candidates must also:
- Demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills
- Hold a full UK driving license
