We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at Isle of Mull Hotel. In this role, you'll prepare and plate a variety of dishes, while supervising junior staff to ensure high standards are maintained. Your responsibilities will also include shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage in a busy environment. Working closely with senior chefs, you’ll ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Ideal candidates will have an Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification (REHIS or similar), knowledge of HACCP, and relevant culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2).
