As an Operations Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will be entrusted with overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. With experience in a senior management position at a quality hotel and a background in either a Management degree or equivalent industry experience, you will bring a strong understanding of PMS/POS systems and a high level of professionalism to the role. This full-time, flexible position requires working weekends and involves collaborating closely with all hotel departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
Your ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key. You will work directly with the General Manager to achieve the hotel's vision and strategy, contribute to budget and P&L reviews, and take responsibility for stock yield and management. In addition, you'll handle guest inquiries, train and develop staff, and leverage your knowledge of the hotel's amenities to drive upselling and enhance the overall guest experience.
