About the role

Looking for a varied administration role where your work helps keep healthcare services fully staffed and supported?

As a Workforce Optimisation Officer at Noble's Hospital, you'll coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff across hospital and mental health services.

Working closely with recruitment agencies, hiring teams and colleagues across the Isle of Man Government, you'll manage everything from assessment centres and pre-employment checks to staffing records, agency bookings and payroll administration, playing an important part in supporting frontline teams.

This role offers the opportunity to build on your organisational, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Taking ownership of key processes, you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, develop valuable workforce and recruitment experience, and see the direct impact of your contribution across the organisation.
