Manx National Heritage (MNH) exists to protect, conserve, make accessible and celebrate the Isle of Man’s natural and cultural heritage for all to enjoy, learn and be inspired. As Visitor Service Manager you are responsible for making sure that every single visitor to all MNH’s sites has an exceptional experience, every time.

As a registered charity, MNH relies on generating income to continue preserving and sharing the Island’s rich heritage. You will play a key role in exploring every opportunity to maximise income streams across all our sites, working towards ambitious targets for admissions, events and sales. New ideas and creative thinking are always welcomed and are vital to developing our services.

All our sites, from The Great Laxey Wheel to Cregneash Village, are run by dedicated teams who will fall under your leadership. It’s key that you ensure all the teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools and motivation to deliver unforgettable experiences for our visitors, so much so that people can’t help but tell others about their time with us.

This role is an ideal next step for someone with experience in visitor or customer experience management, who has a keen eye for analysing business performance and maximising income generation.
