Could you be the person who helps transform and strengthen services for adults with learning disabilities?
Join Adult Learning Disability Services as our Training and Service Development Manager and play a pivotal role in one of the most significant periods of change and development within the service. You'll help shape the future workforce, champion new ways of working and support services that make a genuine difference to people with learning disabilities every day.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment, develop staff, enhance organisational culture and support the delivery of ambitious service improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and solution-focused professional who wants to combine strategic thinking with meaningful outcomes.
