Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the theatre recovery service.
- Provide hands‑on clinical practice while undertaking leadership responsibilities in a busy and varied theatre environment.
- Inspire and support a dedicated recovery team through strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, driving high standards of care, supporting staff development and contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, influencing patient care, enhancing service delivery and shaping the learning and development of colleagues across the recovery team.
