Do you enjoy solving problems, improving systems and helping others get the most from technology? As a Systems Administrator with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, you will support and develop the business systems that deliver education, sport and cultural services across the Isle of Man. Working with colleagues across the Department, schools and service areas, you will ensure critical systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose while providing expert support to users and driving continuous improvement.
- Managing user access and system configuration
- Supporting upgrades, patches and system updates
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing user support
- Improving processes and system performance
- Translating operational needs into practical solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements
