The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority ("the Authority") regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration.
The Authority is also responsible for oversight of anti‑money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses and has oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.
