Join Rushen Primary School as a School Administrator, where you will manage day to day financial processes, monitor budgets, and support audits while keeping accurate and up to date records. You will oversee office systems, handle emails and enquiries, coordinate school communications, and organise trips, events and meetings. As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, respond to queries with tact and professionalism, and support the Headteacher by keeping communication clear and consistent across the school. Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day financial processes and monitor budgets
  • Support audits and maintain accurate financial records

  • Coordinate school communications, trips, events and meetings

  • Support the Headteacher in clear and consistent communication across the school

Qualifications

  • Experience in school administration or equivalent
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Enhanced Barring Police Check (cost covered by the Isle of Man Government)
