About the role
Could you be the calm, organised presence that a busy healthcare team relies on? As a Receptionist / Admin Assistant at Manx Integrated Sexual Health (MISH), you’ll play a central role in keeping the service running smoothly by providing high‑quality reception and administrative support while acting as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone. Working closely with the Office Manager and the wider clinical team, you’ll manage appointments, maintain accurate patient records and support day‑to‑day operations to ensure patients receive a consistently positive experience.
