Join our dedicated team as a

Senior Social Care Worker and take responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes choice, wellbeing and independence.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you'll ensure every individual receives the support they need in a way that respects their preferences and dignity.

This varied role combines hands‑on care with leadership responsibilities.

You'll support and develop colleagues, contribute to care planning and assessments, oversee medication practices and help ensure the home provides a safe, engaging and supportive environment for everyone who lives there.
