The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year. Please note that the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, so roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part time. The gross annual salary advertised will be reduced based on the part time hours.

About the role

Join our dedicated team and make a real impact to students’ lives at Ramsey Grammar School. As a Pastoral Leader, you will guide the pastoral progress of a key stage, champion excellent attendance and behaviour and be a calm, visible presence across the school. You’ll build strong relationships with students, families and staff, helping to create a positive, supportive environment where every young person can thrive. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, organised and confident in motivating students. You’ll provide 1:1 support, help remove barriers to learning and work closely with tutors and Heads of Year to ensure students feel safe, supported and ready to succeed.
