About the role

Join the Specialist Provision Centre at Bunscoill Rhumsaa as an Education Support Officer and play a key role in delivering highly personalised support to learners with a range of additional needs. Working alongside experienced teachers and the SPC Manager, you’ll actively support access to learning, encourage independence, and help create a structured, positive environment where every learner can engage and develop. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will support learning activities and behaviour plans, assist with personal and medical needs, build strong relationships, contribute to tailored learning programmes, and work as part of a collaborative team focused on inclusive education and meaningful outcomes.
