Thank you for your interest in our Principal Clinical Psychologist positions! We are looking for two warm, enthusiastic, and professional Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join our team and help support the psychological care provided by our Community Mental Health Service for Adults.

As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will carry out complex psychological assessments in partnership with service users, with a wide range of presenting issues, selecting and administering specialist psychometric assessments, self‑report measures, structured observations and clinical interviews as appropriate and interpret and integrate this complex data into intervention/care plans. You will formulate evidence‑based psychological treatment plans that are specific to each client, drawing on appropriate conceptual and theoretical models, monitoring outcome and modifying and adapting interventions as required.

You’ll be part of a welcoming, multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, mental health nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, CBT, DBT and EMDR therapists, and support workers. Our work is guided by our CARE values — Commitment, Appreciation, Respect, and Excellence — which shape everything we do and define our positive team culture. Here, you’ll enjoy an excellent work‑life balance while experiencing all the wonderful benefits that island life has to offer.

If you have the skills we’re looking for and would enjoy working in a friendly, close‑knit team, we’d love to hear from you!
