About the role
Are you ready to run a large scale primary school catering service and take ownership of how meals are delivered across thirty two kitchen sites? As Primary School Catering Manager, you will lead the full operation, from menu planning and ordering through to food quality, safety and service delivery. You will manage cooks and catering operatives, ensure meals meet nutritional guidance and cater for allergies and medical needs, and keep kitchens compliant, efficient and within budget while maintaining a high quality dining experience. This role gives you real oversight and influence across a wide service, where your experience in catering operations, compliance and leadership is used every day. You will shape how the service runs, support and guide your team, and see the direct impact of your decisions in the quality, consistency and experience delivered to pupils, schools and families.
