About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Manx Care Shared Care Team at a pivotal stage in its development. As

Practice Manager / Senior EMIS User , you will play a central role in shaping and supporting the day to day running of this growing service, helping to deliver safe, effective and patient centred care.

Working as part of a friendly, supportive and forward thinking multidisciplinary team, you will help develop new ways of working as additional specialist services transition into the Shared Care model.

Use your service improvement skills to help shape the future of community based healthcare on the Isle of Man.

You will oversee the operational management of the service, lead on the administration and optimisation of the EMIS clinical system, support service development, and ensure robust governance and quality processes are in place.
