About the role

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families living with diabetes? Join our multidisciplinary team at Noble’s Hospital, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, specialist care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan and deliver tailored programmes of care for children, young people and their families.
  • Provide expert guidance and support at every stage of the diabetes journey.
  • Act as the key point of contact, offering specialist advice and support to families and healthcare colleagues.
  • Contribute to education and training, support and mentor colleagues, and play an active role in developing and enhancing the paediatric diabetes service.
  • Engage in continuous learning, innovation and teamwork to improve outcomes for children.
