About the role
Looking for a role where your work directly supports independence and long‑term wellbeing? Join Manx Care’s Long Term Conditions Therapy Team and take a leading role in delivering specialist, patient‑centred care across the Isle of Man. In this community‑based post, you’ll carry out assessments and deliver tailored interventions in patients’ homes, outpatient clinics and, where needed, Noble’s Hospital – helping individuals manage chronic progressive neurological conditions and improve their quality of life.
Working as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll bring your clinical expertise, strong communication skills and compassionate approach to every interaction. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners, contributing to high‑quality care while continuing to develop your own specialist practice in a varied and rewarding setting.
