About the role

Are you looking to develop and progress your career in supporting people with learning disabilities? We are looking for a dynamic and solution‑focused Service Manager to join us within Adult Learning Disability Services, where you will play a pivotal role in reforming and modernising the delivery of services as well as ensuring ongoing operational effectiveness. Working within a small, professional, central team, this is an excellent and exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward‑thinking individual to make a positive difference to the lives of service users and their families.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
  • Two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement (subject to meeting eligibility criteria).
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing after a number of years' service, and 10 Bank Holidays.

Employment conditions

An enhanced with barring police check is required for this post; the cost will be covered by the Isle of Man Government. Relocation package is not available.
