About the role
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse who is ready to take the lead in shaping high-quality patient care? Join our energetic and friendly team as Senior Sister / Charge Nurse of the Acute Surgical Unit at Noble’s Hospital, where you will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of our busy ward, providing senior support for the day-to-day running of Manx Care’s emergency surgical inpatient service and for the staffing, staff development and safe delivery of care within the ward.
