If you are interested in a term time role, the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionally based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year. Full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours; roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classified as part time, and the salary will be reduced accordingly.
About the role:
- Managing day‑to‑day financial processes, monitoring budgets and supporting audits
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records
- Overseeing office systems and handling emails and enquiries
- Coordinating school communications and organising trips, events and meetings
- Welcoming visitors and responding to queries with tact and professionalism
- Supporting the Headteacher by ensuring clear and consistent communication across the school
