Could you support children and young people with complex needs to enjoy meaningful, engaging experiences? As a Respite Support Worker at the Braddan Community Hub, you’ll support children and young people aged 0–18 with complex needs and physical/learning disabilities. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel supported, valued and able to take part in daily activities.
You’ll be involved in planning and delivering personalised programmes, building strong relationships with families and professionals, and supporting development through both in‑house activities and visits within the community. Every day brings variety, from supporting play and learning to helping children engage with the world around them. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you’ll contribute to a service focused on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Shift Pattern
This role will involve working 5 days a week Monday‑Sunday, with a mixture of daytime and evening shifts. Your earliest shift starts at 9am and the latest finish at 9pm (subject to change).
