Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver tailored programmes of care for children, young people and their families.
- Provide expert guidance and support at every stage of the diabetes journey.
- Act as the key point of contact, offering specialist advice and support to families and healthcare colleagues.
- Contribute to education and training, support and mentor colleagues, and play an active role in developing and enhancing the paediatric diabetes service.
- Engage in continuous learning, innovation and teamwork to improve outcomes for children.
