About the role

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast paced Minor Injuries service and use your advanced clinical skills to manage patients from assessment through to discharge? Join Nobles Hospital and Ramsey Minor Injuries Unit as a Nurse Practitioner / Urgent Care Practitioner, where you will work autonomously as part of a supportive team delivering a high quality nurse led service. Manage a varied caseload of patients presenting with undiagnosed and undifferentiated problems, including fractures, burns, lacerations, minor eye injuries, soft tissue injuries and minor illnesses, using your expertise to assess, diagnose, treat, refer or discharge while prioritising urgent care.

This role gives you the opportunity to build and apply your advanced practice skills across both sites, developing your clinical judgement, diagnostic ability and confidence in complex presentations. You will build and further enhance skills such as interpreting investigations, prescribing or supplying medication, managing acute cases and arranging follow up or safe patient transfers. With the autonomy to run your own caseload and the support of an experienced team, this is a role where you can use your knowledge and experience to deliver responsive, practitioner led care while continuing to grow professionally.
