This role is a limited term appointment for 30 months. Could you lead the way in improving how contracts are managed across Government services? As Contracts Manager, you'll work within the Procurement Services team to develop and deliver a central contract management function across the Isle of Man Government. Over a 30‐month period, you'll shape how contracts are managed, improving performance, consistency and value for money.
You'll design and implement processes, systems and guidance, supporting departments to manage contracts effectively and identify risks early. You'll also monitor performance through KPIs, maintain a dynamic contract register and provide insight that supports informed decision‐making. Working with both internal teams and external suppliers, you'll build strong relationships, share best practice and contribute to service development, training and continuous improvement across Government.
