About the role
If you’re at your best when you’re bringing people together, building trust with employee representatives, and shaping pay and reward that feels fair and future‑ready - this is your chance to make a real impact across the Isle of Man Public Service. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead a specialist team within the Office of Human Resources and provide expert direction on industrial relations, dispute management, and the development of pay and reward frameworks across the Public Service.
