About the role
This is a limited term appointment for 6 months, with a start date anticipated in August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership to the medical workforce.
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of health and care services across the Isle of Man.
- Collaborate with executive colleagues, the Board and clinical leaders to shape a vision for integrated care.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Visionary clinical leader with significant experience in provider, system or national healthcare settings.
- Credible, collaborative and politically astute, able to build trusted relationships across complex organisations.
