About the role
Would you enjoy being part of a team that keeps a busy hospital running smoothly? As a Hospital Porter at Noble’s Hospital, you’ll play a key role in keeping services running day to day - moving patients safely, transporting equipment and supplies and handling a wide range of essential tasks across the site. You’ll also help maintain equipment, manage waste and linen and ensure departments have what they need, when they need it, to deliver safe and effective care. Every shift brings something different. You’ll work across multiple areas of the hospital, coordinating with teams, managing priorities and keeping tasks on track. You’ll also support wider site responsibilities, including safety and security, helping to maintain a well‑organised and responsive environment.

- A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
- Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
