Hospice Chef and Elaine’s café supervisor
37.5 hours over a 7-day rota – one weekend day per week and bank holidays
We are looking for a Chef and Café Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of Hospice’s on-site café and provide meals for Hospice’s patients and families.
Working within a team of catering professionals and a dedicated group of café volunteers, you will be responsible for ensuring Elaine’s Café is welcoming, well organised and financially successful. Our aims are to provide excellent meals and service to all our customers and deliver a profit that helps fund patient care.
You will also be part of the team who deliver high‑quality, nutritious meals for our Hospice patients and their families, taking a compassionate approach, respecting choice and nutrition requirements and providing dignity and comfort.
You will be an energetic person with a positive, flexible can‑do attitude, and a passion for good food and great team work.
